SQL viewer or other program to study sql file available?

    Hi,

    I once made a backup copy from my former web hoster of an SQl file with three old websites in it (Expression Engine).

    The file is 18MB big.

    I can’t upload it to my current hoster because of size restrictions.
    I don’t want to/need to either.

    Is there actually a program for Win XP with which I can have a look at this file in some sort of sensible format so I can export/view posts that are in there? It would be best to have one that shows it in a database or spreadsheet format so I can copy stuff from it easily.

    I can of course load it into an editor, but it’s a real drag to sort program code and all kinds of slashes etc. from the posts I want to look at.

    Any ideas/tips?
    As you can tell, I’m a noob with all of this SQL stuff.

    Giving it one second and last shot. I know it might be a stupid question, but I’m stup.., err, a nOOb in regard to all of this stuff.
