SQLite with WordPress 3?

Has anyone got WordPress to work with SQLite?
I saw this plugin:
http://ww.wp.xz.cn/extend/plugins/pdo-for-wordpress/But I had trouble getting it to work, and it only says it’s supported up to 2.9
