    Hello,

    I hope you are doing well!

    I installed this plugin on my website and connected my Square account successfully. After that, I created the form and set it up well. All things are working well.

    Suddenly, the Square account disconnected without any reason and did not give any error. I need to reconnect Square account.

    This issue occurs multiple times. Would you please solve this issue or guide me to solve this?

    Please confirm, how long after connecting does the Square account get disconnected?

    My website’s WordPress, PHP, and WP EasyPay versions are as follows:
    – WordPress: 6.8.2
    – PHP: 7.4.33
    – WP EasyPay: 4.2.10

    This is disconnected in approx. 10-12 days.

    We attempted to replicate the issue on our end, but Square remains connected successfully in our environment.

    After discussing with our product team, we’ve identified a workaround. We’re also in the process of adding a Square connection log and email alerts to help track and prevent similar issues. These features will be included in our upcoming releases.
