Thank you for sharing the details. I have also checked the issue on your site and was able to place an order in sandbox mode, which indicates that the issue may be related to live mode.

To assist you further, could you please confirm: when you get the error “Something went wrong. Please contact us to get assistance.”, was the order still placed?”If yes, could you please check the affected order notes and share a screenshot of them?

Additionally, please try the following:

Switch the site to production (live) mode again.
Clear the site cache.
Attempt to replicate the issue.
Check your browser console to see if you still get a 400 (Bad Request) error while placing an order.

If the issue persists, please contact your site hosting provider and ask them to check what is causing the 400 Bad Request. They are in the best position to review the server logs and can guide us on what might be blocking the request.

Please let us know what you find.

Hi there!

Thank you for sharing the order notes. I can see the error: bad_request: this account has not been enabled to take payment.

This error indicates that the live account is not configured properly, which is why you are getting this message. Please make sure your payment settings are configured as described here: WooCommerce Square Payment Settings.
