Question 🙂 is it possible to make a nice start-date square on the left side of the list (of course). But then in such way that it automatically copies j M to a customfield.

I already achieved this on my site (www.http://boekenpost-new.boekenpost.nl/) except the automatic part of copying the value.

    I made a custom-field “startdate” with a placeholder j M with the ACF plugin.

But when adding a new event I have to set this value manually.

    Please help me out?

  • I am not part of support just some dude….

If you are talking about this event list…
    http://boekenpost-new.boekenpost.nl/evenementen/

I am guess you are using the “default” Events List…
    that would be found at
    your Admin..
    Events -> Settings
    click the tab Formatting
click the Events it will expand…
    and scroll down to….
    Default event list format

and that is where you would put your “code” in to do what you are asking.
You should even need to do what you are doing with…
    I made a custom-field “startdate” with a placeholder j M with the ACF plugin.

maybe I am misunderstanding your question, but that is how I would do it without other plugins and complications.

Whoops sorry about that.. really early this morning…
    Slight correction to above…

You should NOT even need to do what you are doing with…
