    Hello,

    I need to open a support ticket regarding a sync issue, but it seems your primary domain is returning a “gateway timeout” error message.

    Timeout issue has resolved, but it seems the support ticket system has been deprecated?

    Where do license holders receive support now?

    Please advise.
