Please note that you are calling a http url from the CSS plugin files.
This causes a mixed content warning.
These are the 2 files:
acp-admin-style.css
acp-toolbar.css

This line should be changed to https or just //
‘http://fonts.googleapis.com/earlyaccess/opensanshebrew.css’;
