SSL Error

I’m getting the following error: Msg=API call to lists/list failed: SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate.
My site is hosted on Windows Azure so using IIS. I’ve read this – https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/ssl-certificate-problem-1, but no luck do far.https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/contact-form-7-autoresponder-addon-plugin/
