SSL Error

    Today I went to process a PayPal refund in Woo Commerce, in the order detail for a customer. I selected the appropriate amount and reason and clicked on Refund $00.00 via PayPal. I got the following error “Unsupported SSL protocol version”. How do we fix this? Thanks…

    At this point the SSL error seems to be a non-issue. However there seems to be a problem with orders not being updated correctly since the latest woo commerce update. Orders paid for by a PayPal transactions that are completed successfully show up in woo commerce as pending payment. And subsequently, the usual woo commerce email notification is not being sent to the administrator or the customer. If it weren’t for the PayPal email one wouldn’t know there was a successful order/sale. Is this a paypal IPN problem or woocommerce problem? Anyone experiencing these issues also?
