SSL Implementation

Hi,

I have bought an ssl certificate from my hosting company. They have enabled it and sent me some entries to add the the .htaccess file. I added the entries and sure enough it forced the traffic through to https:. Unfortunately the site didn’t load. I assume that the url needs to be changed in wordpress settings? I then put back the old .htaccess file so that I could access the site but now only the front page loads and it says that it cannot find the urls of the pages in the site. Any ideas?
