Please note that the certificate generation is part of the free plugin.
As for the rate limiting: this limit is imposed by the Let’s Encrypt server, and will expire automatically. I would recommend to wait an hour, then try again.
I also checked your host, OVH. It is registered with us as having SSL activated by default, in which case you don’t need to install an SSL certificate from the plugin.
Is this not the case? If this should be part of your package it might be worth the while to contact their support about that.

Maybe I need to regenerate the certificate?
I will wait 1 hour, as you recommend and I will see if the certificate is active.
I will allow myself to return to you if I do not unlock this damn certificate ! 😉
