SSL padlock fail

I have a SSL certificate but when I ran a test on whynopadlock.com, I got this message;

An image with an insecure url of “http://www.actiondrives.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/06/New-Action-background1.jpg” was loaded on line: 207 of https://www.actiondrives.com/.
This URL will need to be updated to use a secure URL for your padlock to return.

How do I fix? The image is in my media library and not linked to an outside page!

If it’s just one problematic image upload it again to the media library, delete the old one and update any references you have to it in theme or content.

I did that and got the same fail, with one difference, the line number!

If both site URLs in general settings have the https:// prefix any you re-uploaded the image while those settings were in place then it’s either cache or something is messing with the image URLs.

I cleared cache and still getting the new fail with the same line (204) mentioned. When I re-uploaded the image, I did not change the name. Maybe that might help?

Also, when I go to the lines mentioned, the link on the url shows https, and not http!
