The SSL certificate needs to be generated in the wizard. Did you follow the steps to generate the SSL certificate?
I’m settings/ssl, when you click ‘activate SSL’ it will detect that there is no certificate, and give you the option to start generating one.
If you can be a bit more specific on what issues you encountered I’m sure we can help.

now I have SSL 100% upgraded however the site is not secure. This is so frustrated.
