    Hi there
We are trying to setup PMP, but the Header is throwing errors on the PayPal Express link.

Do we have to put in some SSL Seal code, and if so, what is it? I’ve never had to show a Seal Code before. Is it the logo of SSL like Lets Ecrypt or something else?

Lets Encrypt SSL changes monthly I think.

  • Hi Simon,

While you will want to have a valid SSL certificate, the SSL Seal Code under Memberships > Settings > Payment Gateway & SSL is not a requirement.

Receiving a message stating “your security header is not valid” typically means your PayPal API credentials are incorrect or your Gateway Environment is incorrect. Could you follow the troubleshooting steps outlined here to resolve your issue: https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/security-header-is-not-valid/

    Thanks!
