    Is that with Amazon S3?

    I can’t answer questions about BackWPUp (sorry!), but I’ve seen a couple of people with the same issue on S3 elsewhere, in the last week. I’m very interested to know the cause (which ultimately might help you). Who’s your hosting company, and what are your PHP and curl versions?

    In fact, everything works great except the manually “run now” option.
    The One Click Backup also works fine.
