SSO authentication direction?

    Is this plugin creating accounts from Freshdesk in WordPress or is it the other way around? Our WordPress is authenticating against AD and our Google Apps domain. I do not have Freshdesk, but am looking into it. Any info you can provide would be great!

    Hi,

    Nope this is to use the user details from your WordPress site. However do note, that Fresh no matter what still creates user details in their system. But authentication(login) is always done through your WordPress site.
