• If someone creates an account through Neon they can specify any E-mail address, however, we have found that if you use an E-mail address already tied to an account in WordPress, they can’t login. It logs into Neon, but fails the WordPress side. We realize this may not be a common problem but it still can cause issues.

    Any suggestions?

    WordPress requires each user to have a unique email address. NeonCRM does not. This means it’s possible for multiple NeonCRM users to have the same email address. The plugin does not yet gracefully deal with this issue, largely due to the structure of NeonCRM. I should probably include some more graceful error messages, but the root cause of the problem is difficult to prevent.
