    I have been able to do things in hours instead of days.

    The best thing has been their online AI Bot support. Instead of having to go through pages of documentation or viewing video to find answer how to do things, the bot gives in the answer I need 99% of the time and in seconds. The one time I needed human help I got that quickly also.
