Hey Ricky,
There’s no formatted version of the phone number. You’ll just have to wrap it in your own HTML element in your staff loop template. I didn’t want to provide formatted versions of all fields since you can use HTML in the staff loop template.

If you don’t want to use a <p> tag you could just use <span> or something.
