Now it has disappeared from my Administrator Menu. When I try to download again, I get a message saying my download time limit has passed. HELP!!! Have I lost all my settings????

Firstly, sorry for not getting back to you sooner. I’ve been away for a few days …. no internet …. no phone … etc.
The “Sorry you are not allowed to access this page” is probably a WordPress permissions issue. Generally this is because you have tried to access a page that requires you to be logged in when you are not, or that the user does not have sufficient permissions.
If StageShow has disappeared from your Administrator menu, then the plugin might not be installed (or is corrupted) or there could be an issue with the capabilities of the logged in user that means the user cannot access the plugin admin pages.
Finally it is unwise to publish license information on a public forum. I’ll send you a new one, along with the latest StageShow archive by email.

I received the new email with a download link, but it didn’t work saying my download period had expired. I still have not been able to download the archive.

In future please reply to emails by email so I don’t have to search through my emails to find out who you are!
The EMail you refer to was generated because I updated your license Reference ID because you made the previous one public. That didn’t change the download timeout. A copy of the latest StageShow+ was sent as an attachment in a separate email.
