    Hello @dabhulimen ,

Please follow these steps on the site where you experienced this error:

    1. Go to “Other options” section
    2. Disable PHP CLI checking: https://prnt.sc/1sljr31
    3. Change backup method (optional): https://prnt.sc/1s1ofpa
    4. Save “Other options” section
    5. Force stop both processes: https://prnt.sc/1trv1tm

Once you do that, try to run your backup process again.

Let me know if that worked for you 🙂
    Thank you!

Hi, thanks for getting back to me, I am having some trouble locating the other options section. Is it in wordpress admin? or in the plugin itself?

    Hey @dabhulimen ,

In case you haven’t found it by now, it is located within the Backup Migration plugin menu area. You can access that from WP admin dashboard.

On the BM plugin menu screen, it is 4th dropdown section.

    Kind regards

    Hi @dabhulimen

Your website returns some 500 error that is not precisely logged as debug mode on your WordPress site is disabled.

If you can enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY then reproduce creation of staging site that would give me the ability to understand the issue and provide you more detailed solution.

For now I assume that either the site is limited in resources as based on the logs it seem much slower than it should, it may be caused by caching plugins that in most cases slows down the site instead of improving its performance and as far as I see you have two or three related plugins.

In any case on your plugins list I couldn’t find any known plugin that conflicts with our features.

More insights can be achieved with WP_DEBUG enabled.

Also update the plugin to latest version 🙂
    Thank you!

I apologize for the delay in getting back to you. I have enabled both of those things as per your request. Thank you.

    Hi @dabhulimen

Could you please try again while having these options enabled and generate new debug code?

    Thank you!
