Staging: Free or Pro – separate database

    I found the information and differences between the free plug in or pro.
    I would be ok with manually making the changes to the live site after checking it in staging. Pushing is not a priority.
    What I’m more concerned about is creating the stage in the same (free) or separate database (pro). My site is still under construction now, but it will have between 2 and 5 thousand photos of products so I’m concerned about database size and response time.
    Would the free version and stage make the live site slower? Would it impact it in any way?

    Hi,

    the duplicated site should not have a noticeable impact on the page loading times of your production site but this all depends a little bit of the free resources of your server and if you have any database size limit in your hosting plan.

    Thanks for the info. I confirmed from hosting database size shouldn’t be an issue:
    Storage Unlimited
    Bandwidth Unlimited
    MySQL Databases Unlimited
