Staging Site

We are going to be creating a staging site and are happy to purchase a second license key. Is it possible to use the same license key if we are using a completely different domain and hosting for staging if we purchase a second key? The issue is that when pushing staging to development or vice versa, the keys will be overwritten if we don’t temporarily remove them. Thank you.
