    Hello,

    I just downloaded the free version of WP-staging to create a clone for our company website. Strangely, the Staging section is stuck on ”Loading, please wait…”.

    All my folders’ permission on FTP are set to 755 and my files to 644.

    still i get this message in the LOG ;

    [WP STAGING Shutdown Function][E_WARNING][2023-05-01 20:09:52] copy(/var/www/clients/client16/web53/web/wp-content/mu-plugins/wp-staging-optimizer.php): failed to open stream: Permission denied – File: /var/www/clients/client16/web53/web/wp-content/plugins/wp-staging/Backend/Optimizer/Optimizer.php Line: 50 | Is it Fatal Error? No | Is it Thrown by WP STAGING? Yes

    Hi,

    Please check if the folder wp-content/mu-plugins has 755 as well and that it belongs to the php owner—usually www-data.

    Please also send us the log files from wp staging > system information to support[at]wp-staging.com, and we’ll look at it.

    It’s also helpful if you activate first the debug.log and send us the debug.log as well. How to actvate wordpress debug.log: https://wp-staging.com/docs/enable-wordpress-debug-log-mode/

    I am sure we can get this sorted.

    Cheers
    René
