    Hello,

    Some of our customers do not want to purchase a product. Just make a donation.

    The standalone Donate page works correctly and successfully pulls up the Checkout page. Customer fills in all the details. When they “Place the Order”, I receive the donation email that a donation has been made. They customer receives a notice too in their email. However, they do not receive any notice on the website saying the payment completed. Then when they try to “Place the Order” a second time they receive a red warning message “We were unable to process your order, please try again”

    Dear Ed,
    thanks for reaching out.
    The page you linked doesn’t appear to use the “Donation Platform for WooCommerce” plugin, but “Donation For WooCommerce”. Please contact their support: https://woocommerce.com/products/donation-product-for-woocommerce/
    If you want an alternative to your current fundraising solution, Donation Platform for WooCommerce is a better (and cheaper) solution in my opinion. If you have any problems with my plugin, I am also happy to help.
