Standard Lite Theme Not Responsive

    We are trying out the them “Standard Lite” which is nice and simple for our needs. However, the theme is not Responsive as indicated. Are there known issues when themes are not responsive? Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Looks like it is a problem with my Child Theme. When I switch to the Parent Theme, it seems to be responsive.
