Hi,

1. is it possible to show this plugin only in posts, and not in pages?
2. I can see there are files to translate it, but where should it put these files?
3. I’m running WP 4.7.2 but nothing is showed into posts when I activated your plugin. How could I fix it?

1, 3: See https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wp-postratings/installation/. If you are not sure where to insert the code, please ask your theme author. It really differs from theme to theme and hence I can’t really provide a general instructions.
2. Translation is using GlotPress, see https://translate.ww.wp.xz.cn/projects/wp-plugins/wp-postratings
