Star Ratings Option Missing

    Hi,

    I have your plugin installed on two sites which work perfectly, I have just installed it on a third site.

    When adding a new “view” “display” then scrolling down to “Custom Fields” then “add field” the star ratings option is missing.

    This is an option on my other sites, any ideas please.

    I am developing the site on localhost so unfortunately can not give you a link.

    I am using WordPress 5.5.1 and Strong Testimonials 2.50.2.

    I am using the Kadence Theme.

    I have tried disabling all other plugins, but this makes no difference.

    I Think I have partially resolved the problem,

    You must have an actual review, before the star ratings are accessible via custom fields.

    Hi @bob-reeves,

    Thank you for reaching out to us!
    To show in the custom fields area you first need to add it in your dashboard > Testimonials > Form > add new field > and select the star rating field.
