Starbox theme settings not flowing through to posts

The starbox is not displaying on the posts the way it’s displaying in the “preview mode” in the settings. See this post for an example: http://wfopro.com/is-your-wfm-team-suffering-from-a-lack-of-empowerment/

In the settings, I’ve selected the author box position as “up” with the “minimal” theme. In the user settings area, I have selected the same options and also entered the job settings. When I view the preview, all is displayed correctly. But when looking at a post, my settings are not flowing through.
