Stargazer theme: Changing code for page title

Number 1 is a breadcrumb; check your theme options to see if there’s a setting to disable it or see if you have a plugin (like Yoast SEO) which may be adding breadcrumbs.

To hide #1

To add CSS: If your theme has a custom CSS option, use that to add the CSS shown above. If not, install the plugin Simple Custom CSS. Or, if you have Jetpack installed, enable its Custom CSS module.
