Your theme is overriding the Site Reviews CSS. What is the URL of the page that has the problem?
Hi, TY for your fast feedback !
I’ve try with severals themes, the issue stays the same …
URL: https://campagnecanal-luberon.fr/
Something on your site is inserting <b> tags in the Site Reviews HTML markup, this is causing the problem.

I see that you are using Elementor, can you send a screenshot of how you are using the Site Reviews shortcodes in the Elementor editor?
For example, are you trying to use Elementor to make it bold?
Yes I use Elementor, the shortcode is placed in an accordeon to not make it too big. There is no style on the font, even on the shortcode: https://nimb.ws/g1XvCa
There is no bold, or I don’t make it on purpose..
Ive tried to put the shortcode on an simple text editor with no style, the issue is the same …
I’m unable to duplicate this issue with Elementor using an accordion. Are you using any third-party Elementor plugins/add-ons?
Can you use the “Contact Support” section on the Site Reviews Help page to contact me directly and include your Site Reviews System Info report? This will tell me which theme and what other plugins you are using and may help me figure out what is going on.
I finally found out the issue: the plugin I use for optimization (Autoptimize) create a conflict. Once desactived it works nicely ! Thanks for your help !
Here are a couple things to try:
1. Flush the Autoptimize page cache
2. Disable Autoptimize for logged in users:
