Start download from another plugin

    Dear Mike,

    I’m creating a plugin a bit like Email before Download.
    It uses Contact Form 7 and the Campaign Monitor plugin to log downloaders details. these are also submitted to Salesforce to generate a Web lead.

    The Download Monitor ID is passed in from the plugin shortcode.

    How can i use this to automatically start the download from within my plugin?
