Start fresh – Erase everything

    Is there a way to start fresh without any tickets and settings ?
    I try to deactivate, delete and reinstall the plugin but data is still there.

    Hi there,

    Sorry for the delay in reply here. We ware busy with the new version release.

    Regarding your question, you can delete tickets from database table or via ticket portal itself as administrator but settings are saved separately in option table of default WordPress and unfortunately can not be deleted.
