start on specific image

Hello. I recently installed the URIS plugin. It has a lot of great features! I’m wondering if there is a way to specify which image to start on. For example, if a user clicks an image on page, I would like to jump to the page with the URIS and start on that image, which might not be the first image in the URIS image list. Is there any way to do that? Thanks.
