Startbutton appears even when removed

    We installed the plugin, we are testing its functionality and now no other Gateway can work, it always takes us to the startbutton payment. I turned off the Gateway, turned off the plugin, and still other Gateways lead to the Startbutton. Did it hardcode something in PHP?

    Please help!
