Hi I just updated the Ultimate Member plugin
It successfully updated however since than all backend pages are giving following error.

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/home/jilett/public_html/new/evt/wp-content/plugins/ultimate-member/admin/core/lib/ReduxFramework/ReduxCore/inc/themecheck/class.redux_themecheck.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php’) in /home/jilett/public_html/new/evt/wp-content/plugins/ultimate-member/admin/core/lib/ReduxFramework/ReduxCore/framework.php on line 64

looks like some file is missing in the update. Please help as we are not able to access our website back-end.

    Thanks

Can you try to redownload the update and see if the error is gone now?

How to re download and manually update?
Please guide as I know the only way to update plugins from backend
and back-end is crashed. Unable to access dashboard!

Ok, can you rename the plugin ultimate-member via your ftp and then you’ll have access to backend, and can reinstall UM then.

    Thanks!

By doing this Will I loose ally my UM settings / Data.
    Reinstallation will overwrite settings right.

What if I download latest zip and manually upload it to overwrite all plugins files. Or rename the existing UM plugin folder and upload new.

    Please suggest

No you won’t lose UM settings. Please do not click uninstall on plugin list, just remove the old folder and put the new plugin or download automatically from your backend. let me know if the error continues.

So basically, delete the plugin folder from ftp, and upload the latest version from wordpress.
