Starter Templates cannot be used

    I have installed the Astra and Starter Templates plug-ins, and have activation certificates, but when I click on the plug-in Starter Templates, the following string will pop up:

    “The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

    Please contact the server administrator at [email protected] to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.

    More information about this error may be available in the server error log.”

    May I ask how to solve it?

    Hi @s980524tw, sorry for the delay.

    Taking a look at the screenshot you shared above, pretty sure the issue is not related to this theme. Please get in touch with your hosting provider and see what they thought.

    @buryonggoryo41, your problem, mostly, it’s due to the poor host resources. Please try to increase it by referring to this doc. Further, if it doesn’t help, please let us know by starting your own topic as your problem is actually different from the problem TS is facing.
