State and Zipcode

I’m really interested in using this for a site to help property owners and tenants get together and as such it works perfectly after a couple modifications. Specifically, as of now it is meant to be global and not just a specific region. Each update requires me to go in and change the country property to zipcode. Is it possible to just add state and zipcode? Maybe have it like how now the admin can now add and take away things in the settings?
