I already contact support, no solution given. The relation with WordPress plug in/integration is that the information from WP to Klaviyo is not reaching.

I apologize that you weren’t able to get this resolved via our Support Team initially. I read through your Chat transcript. The issue related to certain Shipping Address information not being present in the Placed Order event data is not handled by Klaviyo’s WordPress plugin. This data is retrieved and handled by Klaviyo’s built-in integration that you set up from within your Klaviyo account.
As such, this issue will need to be handled through our Support platform. You should hear from a Klaviyo representative via an email thread soon.
