State names are not translated from State code

Hello

Thank you for letting me using wonderful plugin, but im having issue so I wonder it will be solved.
Im using the plugin in Japan, and setting columns [State Code] and [State Name], but State Names are not translated. ([State Name] display state code like “JP18”)

Please tell me how to fix this, or do you know any effective hooks like “woe_get_order_value_order_number” to fix it?
