State selection pull-down menu not working on checkout

    I’m using the Bravo wordpress theme, and wpecommerce. I also have goldcart installed.

    When the customer goes to checkout for a given product, with either shipping calculations by weight or with the USPS (preferred), upon entering info for shipping calculations, and for shipping address, the state pull down menu is blank and nothing happens when one clicks on it. I’d like customers to be able to enter the state info. with the pull down menu for shipping, billing address and shipping address.
