Static design on PC

    The chatbot messenger is static on PC and even on scroll it doesn’t change or display the chatbot messages. Is there a way to fix this or block it from the PC?

    We have released a new version to improve front end responsiveness and fix the admin CSS issue. Can you please upgrade to the latest version and check again after clearing your browser cache?

    @quantumcloud It doesn’t show on my site any longer after the update

    I checked your site before sending the message and did not see it enabled then. I assumed you turned it off. Please check if disable chatbot loading is selected in general settings.
