Static Home Page Problem

Hey all,
I’m having a problem with the padding on my static homepage. The website can be found at http://projects.davidneff.biz/jbim/
As you can see, there is no padding on home page like there is on the other pages. How can I fix that?

Also, how can I get something like http://www.gandecontractors.com/ with the recent posts?

Note that I am using the Genesis framework and Aqua Page Builder.
