Static homepage – Divi Builder | ww.wp.xz.cn

I need to establish a page other than my blog as a homepage. From the Dashboard, under Settings and sub tab Reading, I am given no options regarding “Front Page” or otherwise. I am using the Divi Builder and no options are offered under the Theme Customizer either. Please advise.

For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site.

As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

So the issue is, in fact, on the Divi side, not WordPress?

It could be. Can you switch to the Twenty Fifteen theme and try the Customizer? If that works then it’s a Divi issue and you need to seek help from the people you paid for that product.

I have switched to Twenty Fifteen and the option to select a static home page is still not there (not under Settings/Reading nor through the Customizer).

What plugins do you have installed? It could be a plugin is causing the problem.
