Static URL for Images

I can give you some idea:

1.) You can create a new folder on the root directory of your wordpress install then put all the images you want to be static.

Example:
Create a new file called “images” then put all image 1.jpg , 2.jpg, 3.jpg

Now you can access those images like these:
http://yoursite.com/images/1.jpg
http://yoursite.com/images/2.jpg
http://yoursite.com/images/3.jpg

You will notice that the folder name is also part of url 🙂
