I have a self-hosted wordpress-website and used to look at the (basic) stats on wordpress.com/stats or directly my page. Unfortunately, they are gone on my website (not as described here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/stats/) and on the wordpress.com/stats site, I see the stats only until the end of August, no data for September & October. I just upgraded to WordPress 4.0, but the problem existed before. I did the upgrade to see if this fixes the update…

Any help is very much appreciated, thank you!

  • Could you clarify something…
Are you self-hosted (downloaded wp from ww.wp.xz.cn) and you’re looking for your stats? Do you mean with the plugin JetPack?

Or if you’re website is on wordpress.com and you’re having problems with stats then I believe you’re in the wrong forum – you should try this: http://en.forums.wordpress.com/tags/stats

    hi Jason
Thanks for your comment. Yes, it is self-hosted. A couple of months ago I installed JetPack which enabled me to look at statistics on my website (and also on wordpress.com). I think I might have just found out what the problem was: JetPack was deactivated in the Plugins, which obviously would also deactivate the stats. This is strange, as I can’t remember having changed anything… Anyway, it works now. Thanks a lot for the hint! 😉
