Noticed the statistics and the firewall logs do not match. The statistics do not accurately reflect the actual log data. I am looking at the same month-July. Statistics showing:

    Blocked threats 86

    Threats level Critical: 0%

    High: 1.16%

    Medium: 98.84%

The actual log contains 225 entries with 8.4% critical 1.3% high and the remainder mediumfrom July 2-7th.

My daily emails appear correct- the 4th (when the critical threats were logged) shows – “Date Range Processed: Yesterday, July 4, 2025 Blocked threats: 56 (critical: 19, high: 0, medium: 37) Blocked brute-force attacks: 0”

Yet no critical threats are logged in the on the statistics dashboard. Any idea why this might be happening? There is nothing in the error log and a scan comes up clean. Theme, plugins and  firewall policies have not changed.

The stats and events are saved to two different files:
    Stats file: wp-content/nfwlog/stats_YYYY-MM.php
    Firewall log: wp-content/nfwlog/firewall_YYYY-MM.php

Can you make sure that the stats file is writable?
Unless you want to keep the log content, you can try to delete both the stats file and the firewall log for the current month (2025-07) and then check in the next following days if there is still a discrepancy.

Both files are writable. I have deleted both the stats file and the firewall log for the current month (2025-07). Will follow up in a few days.

Seems to be counting properly. Medium and high are reflected accurately. Have not gotten any critical warnings yet. If there is an issue, I will follow-up. Thanks for your support!
