@640521-1 It looks like your site is configured to track statistics only when consent is given. You can adjust this in the Complianz settings. Previously this setting did not work as expected.
The setting can be found in Complianz/wizard/consent/statistics, then for the question, “do you want to ask consent for statistics”, answer “no”.
I will check it and see if the statistics are shown again.
I am sorry, but there is no better result!
Please also check if it helps to deactivate any caching or optimization plugins.

Even now there are still no visitors displayed.
I have not changed anything in the settings. I use Burst on my own websites and on customer sites. Since yesterday I only have problems with the one mentioned in the thread.

Could you temporarily disable the Complianz integration? I think this will solve the issue, after that we might be able to figure out why it is an issue.
Complianz > Integrations > Plugins.

Thanks for the suggestion. I have deactivated Complianz, but the statistics still show no visitors.
Btw: The real-time report in Google-Analytics is showing 6 visitors in the last 30 minutes.

I think it’s the Complianz integration. However, the traffic figures are very different from the data from Analytics.
It is interesting, that the problems have only been happend since the Complianz Complianz integration was updated on 28.10.2024.
What can I do now, @hesseldejong or @rogierlankhorst ?
No way to fix the problem? Then I’ll probably look for another plugin for the statistics!

Yes, of course I deactivated the compliance plugin.
I have already described several times what I have done so far to solve the problem.

What I mean is, if you leave Complianz active, but disable the integration with Burst in Complianz. That might resolve the issue without having to deactivate Complianz. Not sure you tried that?
I’ve already tested that too. No statistics are displayed!
Visitors are only displayed if I deactivate the compliance plugin!
