Not sure if this problem is still happening. Your current setup does not have any matches that are finished or ranking that is calculated. So, the fact that statistics is empty at this moment, is expected behavior.
If the problem persists, please let me know.

Thanks for your response. But I’ve been using this plugin for a year, and I had a group of ranking done over that period. It was still like that. Although it worked and displayed for the first few days, but it eventually disappeared.
If you used the plugin for previous season and you are now replacing the matches for a new season, then the ranking and statistics will be reset after a calculation is done because no new finished matches are found. The plugin always resets the entire history table on a calculation. If you entered the new matches and only a couple of days later you did a calculation it could be that the old data was still in the history table.
Could this be the case?
Please note that the plugin can only handle a situation where all match data is in the database. You can’t ‘freeze’ or ‘remove’ a season and keep the data. It was not build to support this.
No. The issue here is before I removed the data if last reason and reset it, the statistics were not displayed for the whole season. I didn’t want to bother about it because I already got players using it for fantasy league so as not to upset the rankings. But this is a new season an I’d like everything to be perfect before the English Premier League kicks off.
OK, do you have the option to do some tests? Maybe give me temp access to your admin so I can add a test match and do a calculation for it?
