    My Jetpacks stats suddenly stopped working just before I did the most recent update on Saturday. At first I thought it was just a blip and that the update would sort it out. But day four and my visits, according to Jetpack, have plummeted. According to Google, they haven’t. It’s odd, because a handful are being logged and showing from different sources, but the vast majority are not there. I’m feeling lost without them.

    Hi, thanks for responding. It seems to have resolved itself now. I’m just missing three – possibly five days of statistics – particularly 28, 29,30 October. It’s annoying, but not a major issue. My site is https://tinandthyme.uk

    Hello there – Yes, I see the connection for Jetpack is good now, so the issue looks resolved. Could you please confirm if the problem started with Jetpack on the 28th or 29th of October? Because if it is, I think Jetpack was not able to record some stats for those days.

    Hi, I got virtually no stats on 28th – it recorded 77 hits only. But the 27th was lower than I expected, so I’m not sure if it started then – that UK, GMT. 29th and 30th were also very much affected and the 31st is low, but the day they started to work again.

    Hi @choclette – In this case, I think the stats for those days got lost because of the issue and are not recoverable. Now I see Jetpack is connected properly to the site, so it shouldn’t create any further issues.

    Also, I see you are using Jetpack version 12.7.1, but the latest one is 12.8 – I recommend you update the Jetpack plugin to the latest version.

    Hi, it’s happened again today. Statistics are no longer showing on my site – aghhh! They were fine about 8 ½ hours ago, but disappeared soon after that.

    I updated Jetpack to 12.8 on Saturday.

    I’m showing Jetpack is connected and stats are being recorded, are you still not able to view them?

    It’s ok for the moment. I reconnected and it started working again. But it’s happened three times now and I keep losing my stats, which are no longer reliable. And it’s not just the stats. Jetpack disconnects everything I opt into, then I have to go and reconnect again – when I notice!

    Hello there – have you recently made any changes on the site or added any new services/plugins to improve the site’s performance/security? Because I think this issue was not before and start happening just now.

    For example, I see you have Cloudflare installed on the site, and there is hard security implemented that checks for human verification before letting me see the site in my browser. Have you implemented this recently?
